All class passes are to be purchased with our accounting department, or with Coach Sophie.

  • 1 class : THB 380 (valid for 30 days)
  • 5 classes : THB 1,700 (valid for 60 days)
  • 10 classes :THB 2,900 (valid for 90 days)
  • 30 Day Unlimited Classes : THB 2900

Our range of fitness classes are thoughtfully scheduled around your parental duties and led by Sophie, our certified fitness professional (NASM-CPT). With an exciting variety of classes from Pilates to Spinning, Strength Training, Yoga, and more, you can now seamlessly integrate your fitness journey into your daily routine.

Whether you’re dropping off your little ones in the morning or picking them up in the afternoon, our classes are designed to provide a convenient workout that suits your lifestyle. For those who prefer a more personalized fitness experience, Sophie is also available for private training sessions on weekdays.

Types of Classes

Barre Workout

Mat Pilates

Yoga
